Yes, of course! If you have changed your mind we are happy to refund your order, providing:
Please return WITHIN 14 DAYS from the day you received the item. The item must be returned in its original condition. Please be EXTRA careful as we cannot accept any returns with any show of wear and tear such as smelling of perfume, washing powder, smoke, make up or fake tan.
When returning, please make sure you include a note in your parcel with your order number and name as we will need to locate the return back to you.

We do not cover the cost of postage for returning your item and we suggest returning this via a tracked service so you know it has got back to us.
We aim to process a refund within 10 working days from receiving the item.
Our Standard Delivery option is sent with royal mail on a 48-tracked service and takes 2-3 working days. Next day delivery is dispatched with Royal mail special next day guaranteed by 1pm and is sent the same day if you order before 1pm and you will receive the following working day by 1pm. This service only applies for orders place Monday to Thursday excluding bank holidays.
